Vendor-specific rules
Apply different policies to different suppliers
If one of your vendors consistently sells slowly (or quickly), customize their thresholds.
Slow-moving vendor
For a brand whose products take longer to find a buyer:
Settings → Rules → Add rule
- Name:
Acme Co - Extended Aging - Scope type:
vendor - Scope value:
Acme Co - Warning days: 60
- Danger days: 120
- Dead days: 180
- Auto-action:
Sale badge 15%
Acme Co products won't be flagged until 60+ days, and won't get aggressive markdowns the way faster-moving vendors do.
Fast-moving vendor
For a brand that sells through quickly — flag stalls early:
- Name:
Speedy Brand - Early Alert - Scope type:
vendor - Scope value:
Speedy Brand - Warning days: 14
- Danger days: 21
- Dead days: 30
- Auto-action:

A Speedy Brand product sitting 21 days is unusual — Shelfie catches it early.
Tip: combine vendor + tag
You can layer a vendor-wide rule and a vendor-specific clearance tag rule. The tag rule (priority 80) overrides the vendor rule (priority 20) for any product carrying that tag.
