Lower default thresholds — new installs use 7 / 14 / 30 day warning / danger / dead defaults (was 30 / 60 / 90) so stores see at-risk items sooner
Dynamic dashboard thresholds — the dashboard now flags products using the lowest warningDays across all your rules, not just the default
Empty-state guidance — when nothing has aged past your thresholds, the dashboard shows your oldest item and links to Settings so you can adjust
Aging explainer — empty-state banner now explains how aging days are calculated (days since last sale, or days since added if never sold)
Removed automatic test-product backdating during sync; trigger it explicitly from the seed page if needed

Drift detection — products are flagged Out of date when their action's parameters change after apply
Reapply button replaces Revert on drifted rows (one-click revert + re-execute with the latest settings)
Apply Selected now silently includes drifted products (revert + re-apply) alongside not-yet-applied selections
Delete-action guard: blocks deletes that would orphan applied or pending products, and clears historical references on successful delete
